A step-by-step look at how a piece of custom furniture travels from the first conversation to its final place in your home.

It all starts with listening

Before a single line is drawn, we spend time understanding the space and the people who will use it. How many guests gather around the table? Where does the evening light fall? Which materials already exist in the house? These answers shape every decision that follows.

Architects and interior designers often arrive with precise plans and mood boards. Private clients sometimes come with a single photograph or a feeling they want to recreate. Both are perfect starting points.

A beautiful piece is not only well designed. It is well made, well delivered and perfectly installed.

Drawings, samples and prototypes

Our technical office translates ideas into detailed shop drawings: dimensions, assemblies, hardware and finishes. Material samples, from wood species to leather and stone, are sent for approval so there are no surprises.

For key pieces such as a signature sofa or a hotel chair produced in series, we build a full-scale prototype. It is the moment to test comfort, proportions and ergonomics before production begins.

Manufacturing and quality control

Production is split between our partner workshops in France, Italy and Portugal according to each one’s expertise. Every piece is inspected at the end of each stage: structure, finishing and final assembly.

Delivery and white-glove installation

Furniture is packed for its journey, shipped, cleared through customs when needed and installed by our teams. We only consider a project finished when every piece is in place and approved by the client.
